JCB 3CX/4CX - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The JCB 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders feature an EcoMAX engine with power outputs ranging from 55kW (74hp) to 81kW (109hp). This engine eliminates the need for costly DPF or SCR systems, significantly reducing operational and servicing costs. The unique TorqueLock system standard on both models allows for a potential fuel saving of up to 25% during road travel. The boom and bucket are designed using high-quality materials, ensuring durability and efficiency during operation.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The hydraulic system, powered by a variable flow pump, enables fast working cycles and fuel savings in the 3CX and 4CX models. For manual machines, a lighter lever effort enhances usability. With a hydraulic flow rate of 165 l/min, these machines perform tasks quickly and effectively. Furthermore, the optional 6-speed Powershift transmission enhances loading performance and gear changes.

Operating Parameters

The JCB 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders offer a maximum digging depth ranging from 4m to 6.14m, with a maximum bucket capacity of 1.0m³ to 1.3m³. These capabilities allow for effective operation in varying site conditions and construction tasks. Additionally, these versatile machines excel in efficiency when equipped with various work attachments.

Available features include automated functions, such as Auto Check, Auto Idle, and Auto Smoothride System that enhance operator comfort.
