- Right to rectify your personal data - if your data is incomplete, outdated, or false, you have the right to correct it. Some changes may require verification.
- Right to be forgotten - this right gives you the opportunity to delete all data that has been collected in our database about you if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by us.
- Right to withdraw consent - at any time you have the right to withdraw any consent you expressed when performing certain actions such as registration or any services and functionalities offered by Motendo.com. Changes concerning your consents cannot entail any consequences, however, withdrawing them may prevent further use of the service or functionality that requires the withdrawn consent according to Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR.
- Right to object to data usage - at any time you have the right to object to our use of your personal data. Objection to data usage will also mean your resignation from receiving notifications related to the provision of available services within the service and sending marketing messages in the form of e-mails concerning implemented products. Objection may result in the deletion of your data if we do not have another legal basis for processing your data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
- Right to transfer data to another entity - If you wish, you have the right to receive your data that has been collected by us and transfer it to another personal data administrator. At your request, these data will be sent by us, provided it is technically feasible to do so. In such a case, the data collected by us will be handed over as a file saved in a commonly used format (e.g., csv) and sent directly to the indicated administrator in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR.
