Graders

Graders are heavy construction machines used for earthworks, primarily for leveling terrain and smoothing ground surfaces. Their construction consists of a frame on which wheels or tracks are mounted, as well as a grader blade that allows for smoothing and leveling of the ground surface.

Graders are used on construction sites for roads, airports, railways, as well as in works related to the construction of industrial areas.

• Single-sided, double-sided, and telescopic graders are distinguished, among others.
• Single-sided graders are usually smaller and more maneuverable, making them suitable for use in places where access is limited.
• Double-sided graders have a grader blade at the front and rear, allowing for simultaneous smoothing of surfaces from both sides.
• Telescopic graders have a telescopic arm that allows for the length of the machine to be adjusted, making it adaptable to different working conditions.

When choosing a grader, attention should be paid to technical parameters such as engine power, working width, load capacity, as well as the functionality of the machine. Additional equipment such as air conditioning, GPS systems, or additional lamps that increase work safety are also important.
