How do points work?

  • Points are used only to pay for Motendo services and are not money or a payment instrument.
  • Purchased points are valid for 24 months unless stated otherwise at purchase.
  • Prices are gross and include VAT. Invoices are issued electronically.

Frequently asked questions

Does creating an account cost anything?

No. Account registration is free. You use points when publishing a paid ad or promoting an offer or company profile.

Are promotions included in the publication price?

No. Publication, refreshing, featuring, homepage promotion and urgent marking are separate options. You see the total before confirming payment.

Why do ad prices differ by category?

Motendo uses separate rates for selected categories, including parts, rental and services, and jobs. The system applies the rate for the ad category.

Can unused points be withdrawn?

Points cannot be exchanged for money. Refund rules and legally required exceptions are described in the terms of service.
