Vibratory piling equipment is not a concrete vibrator or plate compactor. Establish whether you need a crane-suspended, leader-mounted or excavator-mounted setup. Confirm installation or extraction capability for the particular version.
Vibration data: compare eccentric moment, frequency and centrifugal force. These are separate parameters, not interchangeable labels.
Clamp: check type, range and suitability for the sheet pile, tube or other manufacturer-approved element.
Power supply: confirm hydraulic requirements and the matching power pack or carrier. Establish which hoses and controls are included.
Weight and mounting: request setup data with the clamp and equipment, not just the bare vibrator.
What does resonance-free mean?
Variable eccentric moment can reduce vibration during starting and stopping. It does not mean vibration-free operation or automatic suitability alongside every structure. Method selection and assessment of effects must reflect the project conditions.
