DUMPER D6 – Product Description
Powertrain and Design
The D6 dumper is equipped with a PERKINS 1104 D-44 TA turbo diesel engine, delivering a maximum power of 83 kW (111 HP) at 2300 RPM. It features a four-cylinder setup and water cooling system. The complete hydrostatic drive by Bosch Rexroth comes with an electric inverter and a two-speed gearbox, making it suitable for demanding terrain conditions.
Undercarriage and Hydraulics
This dumper uses Dana Spicer axles with oil bath disc brakes and epicyclic reduction gears. With all-wheel drive and steerable features, it can reach speeds from 0 to 12 km/h during work and from 0 to 25 km/h for road transfers. It also incorporates a hydraulic tipping system with two cylinders.
Operating Parameters
The loading capacity of the D6 dumper is 4500 liters when loaded flat and 6000 liters in dome configuration. Its useful load is 10,000 kg. The maximum slope that can be traversed while fully loaded is up to 30%. The diesel tank has a capacity of 115 liters, and the hydraulic oil tank holds 80 liters.
Optional Equipment
The D6 dumper is available with a closed ROPS-FOPS cabin on three sides and includes a rotating steering column with automatic steering reversal. It features a 12 V electrical system with a 120 Ah battery for starting, services, and lighting, with options for additional accessories based on user requirements.
Safety and Technical Data
The machine complies with CE standards and is equipped with control valves and safety valves to ensure maximum protection for the operator. Its weight is 5800 kg, evenly distributed across both axles. The device also features negative hydraulic parking brakes on the rear axle.
