Venieri 8.23 E – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The Venieri 8.23 E is a wheel loader featuring hydrostatic drive and four-wheel drive. Equipped with a Perkins 1104 D 44T turbocharged engine, it achieves a maximum power of 77 kW (105 PS). The working weight of the machine is up to 8000 kg, making it suitable for various applications in challenging terrains. The use of planetary gears on each wheel provides efficient performance in rough conditions.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This model utilizes a hydrostatic drive system that works with a mechanical two-speed gear transmission. The working speed in the first gear reaches up to 6 km/h, while in the second gear, it reaches up to 12 km/h. The hydraulic system comprises two gear pumps managing the loader and steering circuits, alongside a combined flow control system connected to work machines. The use of double-acting hydraulic cylinders provides greater flexibility in operational tasks.

Operating Parameters

The loader features a standard bucket capacity of 1.1 – 1.4 m3, with a maximum loading force of 6900 kg. Lifting capacity at full reach is 4100 kg, and the dumping height at the pivot point is 3350 mm at a 40° angle. The dumping reach at this angle is 800 mm. The rear backhoe marked as VF 4.35C has a maximum digging depth of 4500 mm.

Optional Equipment

The Venieri 8.23 E can be equipped with a range of accessories, including various types of buckets, pallet forks, and additional hydraulic stabilizers.
