Powertrain and Design

VDL Futura is a bus line characterized by modern drivetrains and ultra-lightweight construction. Each model is available with DAF MX-11 and MX-13 engines, which provide efficient fuel consumption and low operating costs. Additionally, they are equipped with intelligent gearboxes, positively impacting performance. The buses' design meets high standards of comfort and safety, perfectly fulfilling market demands.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The unique driveline in the VDL Futura includes advanced axles and gearboxes which collectively contribute to reduced fuel consumption and maintenance costs. Besides efficiency, Futura features advanced safety systems, such as standard ACC, AEBS, LDWS, and additional DDDS solutions. These technologies ensure smooth driving and road safety for drivers.
