HML 32 – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The HML 32 is a compact mobile excavator equipped with a Deutz engine, a four-cylinder turbo diesel with a displacement of 3.2 l and an output of 53 kW (72 PS). The engine operates on a four-stroke cycle with direct injection. The operator's cab is sound-insulated, elastically mounted, and fully glazed, ensuring excellent visibility. The machine is available with various optional equipment to suit different working conditions.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The HML 32 features a hydrostatic drive that automatically adjusts tractive force and speed. It is efficient, offering two speed ranges: 0-6 km/h in work mode and 0-20 km/h on the road. Hydraulic pumps provide a flow rate of up to 142 l/min at pressures up to 280 bar. The working system allows precise control of all operational movements.

Operating Parameters

The machine weighs between 8400 kg and 8800 kg depending on the type of attachment. The operational efficiency of the HML 32 allows for digging depths adjusted to the applied attachment. This enables various loading distances and adjustments to accommodate different vehicles. The HML 32 also has pulling forces of up to 53,200 N and tearing forces reaching 41,300 N for standard attachments.

Optional Equipment

The compact excavator HML 32 offers a variety of attachments, including buckets of different sizes and grapples. It can be configured with either a mono or a joint arm, along with a wide range of accessories. Customers can choose from tire options and various equipment mounting systems. The offer also includes hydraulic hammers and milling tool cutters.

The HML 32 is equipped with safety systems, such as hydraulic locks and warning stations. Technical parameters include a large fuel tank capacity of approximately 190 liters and a hydraulic capacity, which also approximates 190 liters.
