TS 5221² – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The TS 5221² is a versatile trommel screen machine featuring an innovative Load Sensing system to ensure minimal fuel consumption. Its robust construction has sufficient reserves to process the heaviest materials like gravel and soil. The tested transport system is suitable for speeds of up to 80 km/h, making it well-suited for regional applications. The absence of augers and forced transport within the drum ensures optimal throughput quality across varying materials.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The TS 5221² undercarriage features hydraulics that can be operated independently of the main engine. The feeding conveyor is driven from the side of the drum for effective material transport. Access to the motor, hydraulics, and drum simplifies maintenance and cleaning. The system is designed for ease of use while prioritizing user safety.

Operating Parameters

This machine has a weight of 14,000 kg and a maximum permissible weight of 18,000 kg. In transport mode, its dimensions are 11,450 mm in length, 2,550 mm in width, and 4,000 mm in height.
