HFG II – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The HFG II machine is powered by a Diesel engine, either Hatz-3L41C or Kubota, generating outputs ranging from 35.9 to 70 kW. Its construction is based on a welded steel profile, ensuring robustness and durability. The HFG II features a tandem axle with a braking system that enables travel speeds of up to 80 km/h and introduces suitable solutions for mobility in various terrains. Additionally, the machine can be configured in a stationary or mobile version according to user needs.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The HFG II's undercarriage consists of a tandem axle providing stability during operation. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic system that drives the shredding hammer and feed belt, enhancing its efficiency. The hydraulics also allow for the adjustment of working elements, which improves adaptability to various materials. The hydraulic tank has a capacity of 80 liters, supporting versatile operation.

Operating Parameters

The HFG II boasts an operational throughput ranging from 20 to 50 m³/h, depending on the type of material being processed.
