The Hitachi EX8000-7 is the largest hydraulic excavator in the EX-7 series, designed for fuel consumption optimization and advanced technologies. Featuring either Cummins or MTU engines, it provides a rated power of 2 x 1,450 kW or 2 x 1,500 kW. Its robust construction and innovative technologies make this machine an ideal tool for operation in demanding conditions. The EX8000-7E model additionally utilizes an electric motor and offers energy-efficient solutions.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The EX8000-7 features a modern hydraulic system with 16 variable-displacement pumps that allow for efficient power management. The hydraulic system is optimized for maximum operational efficiency with a working pressure of up to 29.4 MPa. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with electric regulators, enhancing engine performance and reducing fuel consumption.
