Powertrain and Design

The Farwick® Primus is a mobile trommel screen designed for efficient separation of materials of various sizes. Equipped with a diesel engine with a power of 38 kW, it offers good energy efficiency along with a robust construction, ensuring reliable performance under challenging conditions. Its drum, with a diameter of 1450 mm and a length of 4000 mm, provides high productivity, achieving up to 70 m³/h depending on the material being processed.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The Primus is constructed as a tandem axle trailer, enabling easy maneuvering and transportation in difficult environments. Optional hydraulic flaps and an intelligently designed working system ensure stability during operation. The hydraulic system drives both the drum and the loading and unloading mechanisms.

Operating Parameters

The machine offers a hopper with a capacity of over 3.0 m³. Its transport dimensions are 9750 x 2550 x 4000 mm, with a maximum loading height of 2800 mm. The throughput capacity can reach up to 70 m³/h, making the Primus an effective tool for tasks in municipal technology and waste removal.

Optional Equipment

The Farwick® Primus offers various equipment options, including standard screening drums and a system with changeable segments, increasing operational flexibility. Additional accessories may include hopper level sensors and remote control systems, improving the operational efficiency of the machine.
