Powertrain and Design
The CLAAS EVION is an advanced combine harvester powered by a Cummins engine with a displacement of 6.7 liters, delivering a maximum output of up to 258 HP. Its design ensures high reliability and longevity, making it an ideal partner for agricultural operations. It features an efficient DYNAMIC POWER mechanism that automatically adjusts the engine's power based on operational needs, translating into fuel savings.
Undercarriage and Hydraulics
The EVION 450 is equipped with a hydrostatic drive system, enabling quick and smooth gear switching. High-quality tires with a diameter of 1.85 m at the front and 1.5 m at the rear provide stability and excellent traction on various surfaces. Additionally, the electro-hydraulic differential lock enhances safety during off-road driving.
Operating Parameters
The EVION 450 features an efficient threshing system with a diameter of 600 mm, allowing for effective processing of various grains. The grain tank capacity is 8000 liters, with an unloading speed of 90 l/s. The combine is adapted for harvesting various types of cereals thanks to the universal MULTICROP basket, increasing its versatility in the field.
Optional Equipment
In addition, the CLAAS EVION can be equipped with various accessories like a 3D cleaning system for grain. It is also possible to implement automated steering systems such as the GPS PILOT CEMIS 1200, enhancing comfort and work efficiency. Optional LED lighting ensures excellent visibility during work in challenging lighting conditions.
