How do you select a cone crusher?

Material is crushed by compression between the moving mantle and the bowl liner. Cone crushers are generally used in secondary or tertiary stages, particularly for hard and abrasive material.

Chamber, feed and product

Chamber and liner profile suited to the feed size and required product, rather than selecting on head diameter alone.
Closed-side setting, adjustment range, reduction ratio and product gradation achieved with a stable, properly filled chamber.
