How to match crane parts and lifting accessories

A model name may be insufficient because series and configurations can use different parts. Collect data from the equipment plate and from the component being replaced.

Information to request

Manufacturer, model, serial number, year, catalogue number and equipment or control-system version.
Dimensions, hole centres, connector, thread, voltage, pressure and flow, depending on the component.
For hooks, slings, shackles and other lifting accessories: legible markings, WLL, grade, diameter range and permitted loading method.

What is included?

Determine whether the listing is for a complete assembly, rebuilt component, repair core or a single part without fixings.
