Material: round or rectangular bales, permitted dimensions and weight and chamber capacity. Loading and feed: tailgate or loading arm, chain floor or conveyor and feed-speed control.
Distribution: rotor, turbine or blower, chute rotation, discharge side and model-specific throw distance. Carrier: three-point or trailed setup, PTO, hydraulics, power, lift capacity and aisle width.
Operation: controls, visibility, twine or net removal, guards and safe blockage clearing.
Used-machine inspection
Inspect floor chains and slats, rotor, turbine paddles, casing, bearings, gearboxes, PTO shaft, cylinders, hoses and chute.
Test with a suitable bale. Feed and discharge should be smooth without impacts, slipping or overheating. Never run with open guards or people in the discharge zone.
