Powertrain and Design

The Zoomlion ATC 960 is an all-terrain crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 60 tons. Its design ensures stability and efficiency in a variety of terrain conditions. The crane features a maximum lifting height of 11.7 m for the basic boom and 51 m for the main boom. Additionally, with the use of a jib, the maximum operational height can reach up to 59.5 m.

Working System and Hydraulics

The Zoomlion ATC 960 is equipped with a hydraulic system that allows for quick lifting of loads. The hoisting speed on the main winch reaches up to 120 m/min, ensuring efficient operations. The machine also boasts a boom derricking time of 77 seconds and an extending time of 480 seconds. The high efficiency of the hydraulics enhances job performance on construction sites.

Operating Parameters

The maximum lifting height of the main boom is 51 m, while the operational height with the jib reaches 59.5 m. At a 3 m radius, the crane can lift a load of 60 tons. The maximum slewing speed is 1.98 r/min, facilitating precise maneuvering in difficult terrains. The machine can achieve a traveling speed of up to 80 km/h, making it efficient both on the road and during lifting operations.

Optional Equipment

The Zoomlion ATC 960 does not come with a second winch or additional ballast. Additional accessories, such as hydraulic jibs, are also not available. However, there may be possibilities for future modifications to adapt the crane to changing operational needs.

The Zoomlion ATC 960 complies with ECE 97/68 fase 5 emission regulations. The total weight is 36,000 kg, contributing to the crane's operational stability. Additionally, it has a minimum turning radius of 9.4 m, allowing for maneuverability in tight spaces. The crane is equipped with safety features that ensure secure operations during work.
