Powertrain and Design

The Yanmar ViO82 is a mini excavator with an operating weight of 8200 kg, powered by the Yanmar 4TNV98C-WBV1 engine. The engine delivers a gross power of 41.5 kW / 55.6 HP at 1900 rpm, complying with EU emission standards through cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) and a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). It also features auto-deceleration and Eco-mode functions. The cab structure meets ROPS and FOPS certifications, ensuring high safety for the operator.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The ViO82 features a new hydraulic system based on the ViPPS2i system, utilizing two independent piston pumps for power regulation. This allows for fuel savings and performance optimization while providing proportional control, enhancing precision in operation under challenging conditions. The machine's design provides a compact and stable undercarriage suitable for various job sites.

Operating Parameters

The mini excavator offers a digging force of 40.8 kN on the arm and 63.5 kN on the bucket.
