MZA 2400 – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The MZA 2400 is equipped with a modern MAN engine delivering 176 kW/240 HP and features an automatic power-belt drive. It utilizes a newly designed rotor with interchangeable stippers and free-swinging flails. The system also includes the W'tronic electronic control unit and remote control, ensuring high operational efficiency.

Working System and Hydraulics

This machine features a hydraulic feed hopper extension and an integrated hydraulic flailshaft extractor, facilitating easy tool changes. Large side doors provide convenient access for storage of tools and parts. These solutions enhance maintenance processes and improve operational performance.

Operating Parameters

The MZA 2400 achieves throughput rates of up to 50 m³/h for green waste, 70 m³/h for bark, and 30 m³/h for waste wood. The feed opening width is 1450 mm with a height of 350 mm. It is also equipped with three flailshafts and twenty-four flails, ensuring efficient processing of materials.

Optional Equipment

The MZA 2400 can be configured with several additional options, such as a discharge conveyor, magnetic separator, and central lubrication system. Additional variants including a hydraulic feed hopper extension and working lights are also available. Moreover, reverse fan and noise reduction system options enhance its versatility and efficiency.

Safety and Technical Data

The machine has a maximum weight of 11000 kg and is designed for operation in demanding conditions. The MZA 2400 meets high safety standards, and available options like a particulate filter enhance its ecological efficiency. Its dimensions are 9400 x 2460 x 3400 mm, allowing for easy maneuverability in various spaces. Sensor systems and emergency shut-off switches contribute to user safety.
