EZ38 – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The highly comfortable interior completes the concept of Zero Tails in a unique way. The EZ38 model combines a completely revised cabin and modified hydraulics, providing comfort and precision in everyday work on the construction site. A large volume diesel engine and an efficient hydraulics system allow for full-load operation in surrounding temperatures of up to 45 °C. The compact dimensions and robust design make the new EZ models extremely maneuverable and durable.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The EZ38 features an undercarriage with a maximum speed of 4.3 km/h and tracks 300 mm wide. Its hydraulic system consists of a double variable and two-gear pump, ensuring an oil flow rate of 40 l/min and an operating pressure of 240 bar. These parameters allow the machine to meet various operational demands.

Operating Parameters

In terms of operational parameters, the EZ38 exhibits a maximum biting force of 17.8 kN and a breakout force of 32 kN. Its digging depth reaches 3,357 mm, while the dumping height ranges from 3317 to 3516 mm. The maximum digging radius is 5,535 mm, making it highly versatile in various working conditions.

Optional Equipment

The EZ38 model offers a variety of optional equipment such as a Vertical Digging System (VDS) and an easy locking system. Additionally, this model can be equipped with up to three auxiliary control circuits.

Safety and Technical Data

User safety is ensured through compliant construction and key parameters such as a noise level of 95 dB(A) and a cabin sound pressure level of 77 dB(A). The machine has an operating weight ranging from 3,753 to 4,474 kg and a fuel tank capacity of 44 l.
