Powertrain and Design

The Wacker Neuson EZ28 is a compact excavator with zero tail swing that combines modern design with an ergonomic cabin. The innovative opening front window mechanism allows easy ventilation and communication. The spacious cabin enhances operator comfort, while the arrangement of controls ensures that everything is within easy reach.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The EZ28 features a double variable hydraulic system with a two-stage pump, providing a flow rate of 89.4 l/min. The operating pressure for working and traction hydraulics is 225 bar, while the slewing gear operates at 206 bar. These parameters enable efficient operation in various terrain conditions.

Operating Parameters

The minimum shipping weight is 2575 kg, and the operating weight is 2735 kg. The maximum digging force is 16.61 kN, with a digging depth of up to 2544 mm. When working with the excavator, the maximum dumping height is 2840 mm, and the digging radius is 4613 mm.

Optional Equipment

The EZ28 offers optional equipment including a Vertical Digging System (VDS) and EASY LOCK. Users can also accessorize the machine with various tools and attachments to meet specific needs. Available attachments enhance versatility and adaptability for different tasks.
