Powertrain and Design

The Wacker Neuson EW100 is a wheeled excavator with an operating weight ranging from 6.0 to 11.7 tons, offering enhanced engine power while simultaneously reducing fuel consumption. Thanks to its efficient drive system and compact dimensions, the machine is extremely maneuverable and well-suited for tight job sites. The EW100 features a new jog dial system that allows for optimal working settings through simple and intuitive functions.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The machine is equipped with powerful hydraulics featuring load-independent flow distribution, ensuring that each hydraulic cylinder has a constant supply of oil under varying loads. The hydraulic drive in the EW100 and 6503 guarantees high efficiency with low fuel consumption, leading to reduced operating costs. With multiple operating modes (ECO, HI, LOW), operators can tailor the machine's performance to their requirements.

Operating Parameters

The EW100 boasts a maximum digging depth of up to 4.3 m and a loading height of 5.35 m depending on the attachment used. The two dipper stick versions (short/long) enable flexible adaptation to various tasks. The maximum working speed of the machine can reach up to 40 km/h in the fast version.

Optional Equipment

The EW100 can be equipped with the EASY LOCK system for quick attachment changes, allowing for tool swaps from the cabin in less than 30 seconds. The machine also allows for the connection of up to five additional control circuits, enhancing its functionality. Various tire types, including balloon and dual tires, are available as options.

Safety and Technical Data

The EW100 complies with the latest exhaust emission standards 3B/tier IVi, making it environmentally friendly. Additional safety features include hydraulically activated brakes and an overload warning system. Its 170-liter fuel tank capacity facilitates extended operation without frequent refueling.
