HML 22 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The HML 22 is a compact mobile excavator with an operating weight ranging from 5 to 6 tons. It features a 4-cylinder Perkins engine with a displacement of 3.0 l and an output of 44 kW (60 PS). This machine operates on a four-stroke cycle with direct fuel injection. The cooling system is water-cooled, ensuring the engine runs efficiently.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The HML 22 is equipped with hydrostatic drive, automatically adjusting traction and speed. It features planetary axles with a pendulum front axle and a rigid rear axle. The maximum speed in work mode is 0-6 km/h, while in road mode it is 0-20 km/h.

Operating Parameters

The machine measures 4400 mm in length in transport position and 2150 mm in width. The HML 22 is suitable for various tools, including joint arms and telescopic grabs. Load values reduce when using a bucket, which is important for selecting the right accessories.

Optional Equipment

This machine offers a range of additional accessories, such as buckets with capacities from 65 to 270 l, along with the option to utilize hydraulic hammers and other tools. Different types of arms, including mono and articulated types, can be selected to match the nature of earthworks.

Safety and Technical Data

The HML 22 is fitted with safety mechanisms and overload warning systems in compliance with EN 474-5 standards. Its operating weight varies from 5900 kg to 6100 kg, depending on the arm used. The fuel tank capacity is 115 l, and the hydraulic oil capacity is 150 l.
