Drive and Construction

The Terex RH 400 is an impressive crawler excavator designed for efficient heavy-duty operations in mining. This machine weighs approximately 980 tons, making it one of the largest in its class. It is powered by two Cummins QSK60-C engines, each featuring sixteen cylinders and a displacement of 60.2 liters. The total power output of these engines is around 3360 kW, enabling effective task execution requiring substantial force.

Travel System and Hydraulics

The Terex RH 400's travel system is based on robust tracks with a width of 2000 mm, ensuring stability and the ability to navigate challenging terrain. The machine achieves a maximum working reach of 19 meters and a digging depth of 2.3 meters.
