Powertrain and Design

The TB 290 is a compact excavator powered by a 4TNV98CT Common-Rail engine with turbo. It delivers an output of 51.4 kW at 2000 rpm and has an engine capacity of 3318 cm³ with four cylinders. The cooling water capacity is 14.0 l, while the engine oil capacity is 10.2 l. The fuel tank capacity is 128.0 l.

Working System and Hydraulics

The TB 290 is equipped with a Load-Sensing hydraulic pump capable of a maximum flow rate of 160 l/min at a pressure of 27.5 MPa. It features four additional hydraulic circuits, providing flexibility for operating various hydraulic tools. The hydraulic tank capacity is 73.0 l.

Operating Parameters

The machine weighs 8400 kg and has a ground pressure of 0.38 kg/cm². The generated noise level is 99.0 dB(A), with a sound pressure level of 74.0 dB(A). It has a maximum digging depth of 4410 mm and a maximum reach of 7275 mm.
