Powertrain and Design

The TB257FR machine is equipped with an engine that complies with EU Stage V / EPA Tier 4 regulations. It features turbocharging and a DOC + DPF exhaust treatment system. Additionally, it has an automatic fuel bleed system and engine preheat starting aid. This model offers various working modes: standard, ECO, and high altitude.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The TB257FR is characterized by undercarriage equipped with triple flange track rollers and 2-speed automatic shifting. It comes with variable displacement open center hydraulics and hydraulic joystick controls. Optional auxiliary hydraulic circuits can be added, allowing for the connection of various attachments.

Operating Parameters

The machine weighs 5,840 kg with a maximum bucket breakout force of 36.6 kN and an arm digging force of 26.0 kN for the 1,450 mm arm. It can achieve travel speeds of up to 4.8 km/h and can handle gradients of 30°. The digging depth reaches 3,895 mm with the 1,760 mm arm.

Optional Equipment

The TB257FR can be configured with various optional features including LED light packages, an automatic fuel supply pump, and Takeuchi Fleet Management. There is also the possibility of installing protective guards for the cab and additional features like air conditioning.
