Powertrain and Design

The Takeuchi TB 235-2 is a compact excavator with an operational weight of 3,465 kg. It is equipped with a Yanmar engine model 3TNV88F that complies with Tier 4/Stage V emission standards. The engine delivers a power output of 18.2 kW and a maximum torque of 92.2 Nm at 1,440 rpm. Its robust steel construction ensures durability and reliability. Optional features include an automatic fuel bleed system and double element air filters.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The TB 235-2 features triple flanged track rollers and a 2-speed travel system with automatic shift. Its sloped frame with a large wrap-around counterweight provides stability during operation. The hydraulic system comprises a variable displacement pump and joystick controls, allowing for precise operational movements.
