Alpina Montana Bavaria SL 110i – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The Alpina Montana Bavaria SL 110i features an electric motor rated at 18.5 kW. It is designed to cut wood with a maximum length of 12 m and a diameter of up to 90 cm. The design ensures comfortable heights above and below the saw blade, set at 39 cm and 65 cm, respectively. It uses standard blades measuring 80 mm wide and 1.0 mm thick, allowing for precise cuts.

Working System and Hydraulics

The machine is equipped with a hydraulic system for log manipulation, facilitating loading, rotating, and clamping. The use of hydraulics for feed and height adjustment enables easy adaptation to different working conditions. Alternatively, manual operation is also available. An automatic guiding system for cutting is provided as an additional feature.

Operating Parameters

The machine achieves a performance of up to 18 m³ over 8 hours of operation. Driven electrically, it features systems that adjust its working parameters. Notably, it offers a variable worktable size, enabling cuts of various material thicknesses. The working height is 2.50 m, and the length is 9.25 m.

Optional Equipment

Well-prepared guiding systems with automatic material feeding and the option of adding a digital display enhance its operational capabilities. The machine allows for the addition of other hydraulic equipment, increasing its versatility. Additionally, various blade sizes are available as options.
