Sany SRC900C – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The Sany SRC900C is a rough-terrain crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 90 tons. It is powered by a Cummins ISDe285 engine that delivers 210 kW, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing fuel consumption. The effective engine combined with a 4x4 drive allows for speeds of up to 35 km/h and a maximum gradeability of 75%. The hydraulic system ensures precise maneuvering capabilities.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The Sany SRC900C features an excellent undercarriage design. The base boom length is 12.2 m, while the maximum working boom length reaches 47 m. Its hydraulic system supports stable and effective operations, using dual-pump convergence/division technology. This system provides precise load control and energy efficiency, minimizing fuel consumption through variable pressure control.

Operating Parameters

With a fully extended boom, the crane can achieve a maximum lifting height of 48.7 m, with a jib increasing lift capacity up to 64.5 m. The maximum lifting torque for the base boom is 2820 kN·m. The crane uses a five-section U-shaped boom ensuring flexibility in lifting operations. The time for full extension and retraction of the boom is 110 and 125 seconds respectively.

Optional Equipment

The Sany SRC900C can be equipped with various accessories, including an additional hook capable of lifting up to 50 tons and an optional backup camera for monitoring. Gas pumps and additional fittings can also be installed. Each of these options is designed to enhance operational efficiency and safety during use.

Safety and Technical Data

The crane is equipped with an advanced electronic control system ensuring signal stability and overload protection. The implemented torque limiter technology, combined with overload protection systems, guarantees safe and reliable operations. The overall weight of the crane is 55,000 kg, with axle loads not exceeding 55 tons, optimizing its performance on rough terrains.
