CR Revelation – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The CR Revelation series is powered by FPT engines, including the CR10.90 model which achieves up to 700hp. The machine features Twin Rotor™ technology ensuring efficient harvesting with minimal grain damage. The 22-inch diameter rotor is employed in larger models, enhancing performance and crop quality. Remote adjustment of rotor settings allows optimization for varying conditions.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The powertrain incorporates the Dynamic Feed Roll™ system, which delivers stable flow of crops to the rotor and thereby enhances overall efficiency. The integrated power transmission system using a hydrostatic gearbox allows maximum speed to be achieved at lower engine RPM, reducing fuel consumption. Hydraulic lift and adjustment systems enable precise adaptation of the machine to various harvesting conditions.

Operating Parameters

All models in the CR Revelation series feature grain tank capacities from 10500 to 14500 liters. They can cut widths ranging from 4.88 to 12.50 m depending on the chosen header. The CR10.90 engine promises excellent performance even in challenging field conditions. It can achieve up to 20% higher productivity with dynamic flow control, and grain damage rates are as low as 0.2%.

Optional Equipment

Optional equipment includes intelligent systems like IntelliSense™, which automatically adjusts operating parameters in response to crop changes. High-performance cabs like the Harvest Suite™ Ultra provide operator comfort with excellent visibility and acoustics. Additionally, night visibility is enhanced with telescopic systems featuring up to 24 LED work lights.

Safety and Technical Data

The machine complies with Stage V emission regulations thanks to the ECOBlue™ HI-eSCR 2 technology. It is equipped with safety features such as blockage removal approaches and load monitoring sensors. All service points are easily accessible, which speeds up routine maintenance. The CR10.90 model provides advanced automation functions that enhance operational safety.
