Mengele Rotobull 6000 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The Mengele Rotobull 6000 is a silage trailer used in agricultural operations. Equipped with 40 knives, it allows cutting materials to a minimum length of 37 mm. The use of a closed oil bath drive system ensures effective connection between the engine and the cutting system. With its unique rotor design and drive shafts, the machine exhibits low energy consumption alongside easy maintenance. Its robust construction guarantees long-lasting performance.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The machine features a boogie-type chassis with a tandem axle, which provides stability during transport. Additionally, all axles are designed for speeds of up to 40 km/h, enhancing operational comfort in the field. The hydraulic system with automatic loading function, equipped with sensors, facilitates easy loading of the material. The loading area measures approximately 6000 x 2160 mm, allowing for the transport of large quantities of material.

Operating Parameters

According to the technical specifications, the total weight of the machine is approximately 6150 kg, ensuring adequate stability. The transport height is 3850 mm, which is optimal for transportation in challenging conditions. DIN-compliant load capacity is around 30 m³. Moreover, the trailer allows for the transportation of compacted materials up to 50 m³, which is a significant advantage during intensive agricultural operations.

Optional Equipment

The Mengele Rotobull 6000 offers various equipment options, including a hydraulic rear flap and pneumatic brakes. It can also be customized to meet users' specific needs with various attachments, including loading automation systems. The option to include additional dosing rollers increases the versatility of the machine in different agricultural applications.

Safety and Technical Data

All key technical parameters of the trailer are carefully designed to ensure maximum user safety. Installed overload protection systems and sensor mechanisms allow monitoring of operating conditions. Additional features, such as low maintenance requirements, contribute to the machine's longer service life in challenging environments.
