Powertrain and Design

The 520 Serie 2 machine is equipped with a water-cooled Perkins engine, delivering 53 kW/72 PS regulated at 2200 rpm. The engine complies with emission standards of stage 1. Its drive system features a hydrostatic all-wheel drive with automatic speed adjustment up to 20 km/h, optionally upgradeable to 40 km/h.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This machine incorporates a hydraulic servo steering with an emergency steering feature. It includes two steering axles at the front and rear with a steering angle of 43°. The working hydraulics achieve a performance of 70 l/min at 235 bar. The braking system consists of self-adjusting disc brakes, complementing the service brakes effectively.

Operating Parameters

The standard bucket has a volume of 1.0 m3, with a width of 1.95 m and the potential to increase capacity up to 1.60 m3. The lifting height is 3.26 m, with a maximum load capacity of 3160 kg. Furthermore, the machine allows for transportation of loads with a lower value of 3190 kg in the lower transport position.
