Powertrain and Design

The Komatsu PC800-8R is a large crawler excavator powered by the Komatsu SAA6D140E-5 engine, generating 363 kW of power. Its turbocharged, air-to-air aftercooled engine enhances efficiency and reduces fuel consumption. The machine's design has been optimized for durability and ease of maintenance. The hydraulic drive system enables precise control during both operation and transport.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The excavator features a track width of 610 mm with a double grouser shoe configuration. Hydraulically adjustable systems allow for optimal track adjustment, increasing machine stability. The hydraulic system includes two variable capacity pumps that adjust oil flow according to work requirements. Metal guard rings protect hydraulic cylinders from damage while ensuring reliability.
