Powertrain and Design

The Jenz AZ 30 D is designed for processing organic waste, including green waste and small timber. Equipped with a Perkins 1104D-44T engine rated at 74.5 kW (101 hp), the machine delivers high performance through modern technology. It can be built as either a stationary unit or a mobile unit in the form of a center-axle trailer. The rotor has a diameter of 620 mm, and depending on the configuration, it has either 14 or 22 hammers, providing great flexibility in everyday use.

Working Mechanism and Hydraulics

This machine features an intake opening measuring 300 x 790 mm, allowing for efficient material processing. Material transport is accomplished through a conveyor belt with a discharge height of up to 3.0 m. The high throughput rate, achieving up to 60 m³/h depending on the type of material processed, makes it a versatile solution for waste disposal.

Operating Parameters

The AZ 30 D model has a basic weight of approximately 8,000 kg with the conveyor belt. Its dimensions are approximately 10.00 m in length, 2.15 m in width, and 3.13 m in height. This model can be applied in processing green waste, bark, wood with diameters up to 15 cm, as well as bio-waste and disposable pallets.

Optional Equipment

The machine can be equipped with a wide range of special accessories, such as conveyor belts of various lengths and radio-controlled systems. Additional options include metal filtering systems and various types of tires. A comprehensive assortment of tools, screen baskets, and spare parts enhances its biomass processing capabilities.
