Powertrain and Design

The VM75D/VM75PD is a self-propelled vibratory roller designed for effective compaction processes with its infinitely variable hydrostatic direct drive. It features a multidisc self-locking differential (NoSPIN) for improved traction. The electric-controlled drive enhances the operational efficiency of the entire work process.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This roller is equipped with a servo-assisted center articulation steering system with vertical oscillation. The entire hydraulic system is responsible for the transmission of force and movement control, ensuring precise handling and high maneuverability, with a turning radius of 2.97 m.

Operating Parameters

The VM75D features a drum width of 1750 mm and an operating weight of 7300 kg (16094 lb), with a front axle load of 3600 kg and a rear axle load of 3700 kg. The vibrations generated by the drum have a frequency of 29 Hz (1740 vpm) and a nominal amplitude of 2 mm (0.079 in), allowing for a compaction depth of up to 65 cm (26 in).

Optional Equipment

The roller can be equipped with various options, such as lighting, turn signals, and hazard warning lights, enhancing its functionality. Additionally, equipment customization options are available to better adapt the machine to different working conditions on-site.

Safety and Technical Data

This machine features a braking system that includes a hydraulically released multi-disk brake on the rear axle and drum drive, contributing to user safety. The voltage is 12 V with a battery capacity of 143 Ah, ensuring reliability and extended working hours.
