Powertrain and Design

The new JCB TM320, TM320S, TM420, and TM420S machines feature the DieselMAX engine with a power range of 97 kW (130 hp) to 129 kW (173 hp). This engine ensures high performance at low speeds, enhancing torque output. The new 8-speed powershift transmission with TorqueLock allows for smooth gear changes and efficient power utilization. These machines offer improved stability and ride comfort due to a unique oscillating pivot point design.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The undercarriage of the TM320, TM320S, TM420, and TM420S provides excellent traction with a standard 4WD system and limited slip axles. The new high-flow hydraulic system enables efficient energy usage, while regeneration in hydraulic circuits maximizes productivity. The variable flow auxiliary hydraulics allow multiple functions to be handled simultaneously, reducing cycle times.

Operating Parameters

The TM320 has a lift capacity of up to 3200 kg, while the TM320S and TM420 can lift up to 4100 kg. The lifting height ranges from 5.2 m to 5.45 m, depending on the model. The flagship TM420S offers the highest power output at 173 hp and enhanced operational parameters suitable for challenging tasks in diverse terrain.

Optional Equipment

The TM320 and TM320S models can be equipped with optional attachments such as a Rockinger hitch and hydraulic rear tow hitch, enhancing their versatility. The Pro Edition includes additional features like a heated front screen, integrated LED lighting, and various ergonomic options for operator comfort. Certified safety systems ensure convenience and security in every working scenario.

Safety and Technical Data

The TM320 machines are designed to meet the latest safety standards, including ROPS and FOPS. Advanced safety features include a rearview camera, automatic work lights, and an electronic immobilizer option. Additionally, they feature leak prevention systems and the LiveLink monitoring system for real-time machine parameter tracking.
