Powertrain and Design
The JCB TM320 and TM320S are high-performance telescopic handlers designed for the toughest working conditions. Powered by JCB EcoMAX engines with outputs of 93 kW (125 HP) and 108 kW (145 HP), they deliver exceptional performance at low RPMs. Centrally mounted lifting, tilting, and telescoping cylinders ensure stability and structural strength. Each cab is treated with a dip-coating before painting, providing long-lasting corrosion protection.
Undercarriage and Hydraulics
The TM320 and TM320S offer maximum traction due to an optional limited-slip differential and standard 4WD. These telescopic handlers feature an automatic vibration damping system, enhancing ride comfort and load handling efficiency. Flow-regulated hydraulics allow the machine’s operation to be adapted to various tools and applications.
Operating Parameters
They have an impressive lifting capacity of 3200 kg and a maximum lifting height of 5200 mm, with a forward reach of 2950 mm and a breakout force of 6260 kg. The TM320 and TM320S also feature high hydraulic efficiency thanks to their advanced hydraulic systems. The maximum speed is 40 km/h.
Optional Equipment
The TM320 and TM320S loaders offer a variety of accessories such as hydraulic rear hitches or additional hydraulic circuits, enhancing their versatility. Different tire sizes can be used to adapt the machine for various working environments. Standard equipment also includes LED lighting systems and additional comfort elements within the cabin.
Safety and Technical Data
TM320 and TM320S are equipped with advanced safety systems, including hose burst safety valves and the JCB LiveLink monitoring system. High visibility from the cab combined with robust design ensures operator safety. The technical parameters include standard 4WD and a seven-speed automatic transmission system.
