Powertrain and Design

The JCB TM180/TM220 is a compact telescopic wheel loader powered by JCB Diesel engines produced by Kohler. The machines feature a gross power of 48 kW for the TM180 and 54.5 kW for the TM220. They benefit from efficient power transfer through an innovative chassis design, ensuring optimal harmony among all components. This construction is recognized for durability and reliability in challenging operational conditions.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The TM180 and TM220 are equipped with a hydrostatic drive system that significantly simplifies operation, even for less experienced operators. The standard braking system enhances performance, while various differential options allow adaptation to a range of terrain conditions. The High Flow hydraulic option provides an additional 30 liters of hydraulic capacity, improving the versatility of these machines.

Operating Parameters

The TM180 has a maximum payload of 1,800 kg, while the TM220 can handle up to 2,200 kg, making them effective tools for material handling. The lift height is 4,534 mm for TM180 and 4,603 mm for TM220. Both machines comply with EU Stage V emission standards, making them efficient and environmentally compliant.
