Powertrain and Design

The JCB TM320/TM320S is a telescopic handler with significant power output. The TM320 reaches 93 kW (125 PS), while the TM320S provides 108 kW (145 PS). Both models feature a lifting capacity of 3200 kg and a lift height of 5200 mm. Centrally mounted lifting, tilting, and telescoping cylinders ensure maximum stability. Furthermore, the machine's design minimizes the risk of the boom twisting, ensuring long-lasting durability.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The TM320 and TM320S are equipped with a 4WD drivetrain and optional differential locking, providing excellent traction on soft terrains. The hydraulic system ensures optimal power supply, and additional hydraulic options expand the machine's versatility. An automatic vibration dampening feature activates at higher speeds, enhancing ride comfort and load stability.

Operating Parameters

Both models achieve a maximum lift height of 5200 mm and a reach of 2950 mm. The maximum breakout force is 6260 kg. When operating with forks at a 500 mm load center, the tipping load is 5262 kg. The hydraulic lift cycle time is 5.5 seconds, increasing operational efficiency.

Optional Equipment

The machines can be equipped with various hydraulic attachments, enhancing their functionality. Optional features include an automatic or manual radiator fan and LED work lights mounted on the boom. The modern telematics system, JCB LiveLink, provides remote access to the machine's status and real-time location tracking.

Safety and Technical Data

The TM320 and TM320S incorporate safety systems, including overload valves and electrical shut-off switches, minimizing the risk of uncontrolled movement. The models also feature a load monitoring system that automatically adjusts hydraulics to the prevailing conditions. High-quality construction and carefully selected materials enhance resistance to corrosion and other external factors.
