Powertrain and Design

The JCB JS115 is a tracked excavator that offers reliable power and robust construction. Built with high tensile strength steel, featuring a reinforced boom and dipper, it ensures long-lasting durability. The machine is powered by a JCB 444 TCA engine with a power output of 81 kW. The fully welded X-frame construction provides high strength to the undercarriage.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The JS115 provides stability and precise operation thanks to a hydraulic system utilizing dual pumps with a flow rate of 2 x 114 lpm. Additionally, it features various undercarriage options that allow for optimized performance in diverse working conditions. The ergonomics of the hydraulic system enable quick working cycles.

Operating Parameters

The JS115 excavator has a maximum operating weight of 12.24 tons, a digging depth of up to 5.57 m, and a maximum reach of 8.28 m. The tear-out force is 47.3 kN, making the machine efficient for construction applications. The bucket capacity is 0.46 m³, facilitating effective work on site.

Optional Equipment

The JS115 model is available with a blade and offers customization options regarding undercarriage type. Although it does not feature air conditioning or hydraulic quick couplers, it provides easy access to service points. While track adjustment and mechanical quick couplers are not standard, the machine can be equipped with a range of available attachments.

Safety and Technical Data

The JS115 excavator is designed with operator safety in mind. All routine maintenance can be performed from ground level, enhancing workplace safety. Low noise emission levels of 72 dB(A) inside the cab and 99 dB(A) outside allow for comfortable operation in various environments.
