JS290 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The JS290 is a tracked excavator powered by an Isuzu 6HK1X engine. The engine has a displacement of 7.8 liters and produces a rated power of 161 kW (216 hp) at 1800 rpm. Its proven common-rail direct-injection system, combined with turbocharging, ensures optimal performance. The machine’s fully welded X-frame design provides high durability and stability during operation.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The JS290's undercarriage offers track widths of 600-900 mm, allowing for optimal adaptation to working conditions. The hydraulic system utilizes two axial piston variable displacement pumps with a maximum flow rate of 2 x 250 l/min. Additionally, the maximum pressure in the system reaches 290 bar, ensuring effective hydraulic operations. The option to add extra hydraulic circuits broadens the machine's functionality.

Operating Parameters

The JS290 provides an impressive working range, with a maximum digging reach of 10 m (32-11) for the 2.5 m arm. Its maximum digging depth reaches 6.4 m (21-1), while the loading height is 9.6 m (31-8).
