Powertrain and Design

The JS240/260 LC/SC/NLC is a hydraulic excavator equipped with an Isuzu 4HK1X engine, compliant with Tier 4i emissions standards. The engine delivers 140 kW (188 hp) with a displacement of 5.193 liters. The machine features a reinforced frame made of high-strength steel, ensuring durability and reliability. Advanced manufacturing and assembly technologies guarantee high precision and quality of all components.

Working System and Hydraulics

The hydraulic system employs variable flow sensing with load priority, delivering optimal oil flow. The main pumps are two variable displacement axial piston units with a maximum flow rate of 2 x 229 L/min. The machine utilizes dual-acting hydraulic cylinders with end cushioning, enhancing operator comfort and component longevity. The hydraulic regeneration system and automatic engine speed reduction when idle contribute to fuel efficiency.

Operating Parameters

The JS240/260 LC/SC/NLC has a maximum digging reach of up to 10.69 m and a maximum digging depth of 7.23 m. The operating weight of the machine ranges from 25920 kg to 28500 kg, and the bucket capacity varies from 0.65 to 1.65 m³.
