Powertrain and Design

The JS115 machine is equipped with an Isuzu 4JJ1X engine with a maximum power output of 73 kW (98 hp). The engine is water-cooled and features a 4-stroke, 4-cylinder inline configuration with direct fuel injection. The undercarriage is built on a fully welded 'X'-type frame, ensuring high strength and stability during operation in challenging conditions.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The machine's undercarriage consists of tracks with widths of 500 mm, 600 mm, and 700 mm, along with hydraulic components protected by high-quality filtration. The hydraulic system features variable flow with load sensing, enhancing work efficiency and providing automatic warm-up in cold conditions. Two main pumps with variable displacement ensure a maximum flow of 2 x 112 L/min.

Operating Parameters

The JS115 offers a maximum digging reach of 7547 mm (24-9) and a maximum digging depth of 4375 mm (14-4). With several available dipper lengths of 1.95 m, 2.25 m, and 2.8 m, the machine can adapt to various tasks. It also achieves a maximum loading height of 6112 mm (20-1).
