Powertrain and Design

The JCB 437-4 is a modern wheel loader powered by a JCB ecoMax engine generating 108 kW (145 HP) at 2200 rpm. This engine meets CEV Stage IV emission norms, making it an ecological solution. The use of advanced technology in the engine allows for a torque of 560 Nm at 1500 rpm. The machine features an operating weight of 12,040 kg, ensuring stability and efficiency during operation.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The JCB 437-4 is equipped with a hydraulic control system with a working pressure of 245 bar. The vehicle includes a ZF Ergo Power automatic transmission, allowing for smooth direction changes and ratio shifts while in use. With the advanced hydraulic solution, it can achieve a high breakout force of 129 kN, enhancing productivity and shortening the working cycle time.

Operating Parameters

One of the key parameters of the JCB 437-4 is its payload of 3,650 kg and a standard bucket capacity of 2.2 m³. The loader achieves a maximum breakout force of 121 kN, enabling it to handle challenging terrains easily. Additionally, the machine reaches a forward speed of up to 31 km/h, which increases its versatility in diverse applications.

The JCB 437-4 is available with various optional features, including a centralized lubrication system and a cabin with a sliding window. The noise level in the cabin has been reduced using sound-dampening elements.
