Powertrain and Design

The new JCB 427 and 437 wheel loaders are powered by Cummins engines rated at 123 kW (165 hp) and 145 kW (195 hp) respectively. These engines meet the EU Stage V emissions standard, ensuring efficient and clean operation. Both models are produced using advanced manufacturing techniques that enhance their structural strength and durability. Fully tested on various sites, these models guarantee high performance in challenging operational conditions.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

Both models feature a unique 5-speed transmission system alongside optional torque converter lock-up. The hydraulic system utilizes high-capacity pumps, achieving up to 252 l/min, for fast operating cycles and excellent functionality. The implementation of the optional JCB Quickhitch system allows for quick attachment changes. Precision machining techniques ensure high tolerance and accurate positioning of working components, contributing to the machine's longevity.

Operating Parameters

The JCB 427 has an operating weight of 14,418 kg with a full turn tipping load of 8,603 kg and a bucket capacity of 2.4 m³. In comparison, the 437 model has a heavier operating weight of 15,781 kg, tipping load of 9,625 kg, and a capacity of 2.7 m³. Maximum breakout forces are 138 kN for the 427 model and 147 kN for the 437. Optional heavy-duty configurations are available for demanding tasks.

Optional Equipment

A range of attachments and accessories are available, allowing users to customize the machine for specific tasks. Users can specify hydraulic systems with 3 or 4-spool options, enhancing versatility. Both models come standard with a high-quality cab designed for maximum visibility and operator comfort.

Safety and Technical Data

Both models meet ROPS/FOPS safety standards, providing a high level of operator protection. Integrated safety features, including auto engine shutdown and advanced braking systems, ensure safe operation. Key technical parameters include a fuel tank capacity of 290 liters and a DEF tank capacity of 75 liters. LiveLink telematics systems allow for monitoring of machine status and performance efficiency.
