Powertrain and Design

The HMF 2310K-RCS is a hydraulic crane with high efficiency characterized by advanced construction. It allows precise lifting operations through the applied technology. Its hydraulic power supply ensures stability and reliability in challenging conditions. Compact dimensions facilitate easy maneuvering in limited spaces.

Working System and Hydraulics

The unit features a hydraulic reach from 8.3 m to 21.6 m, allowing for flexible use across various applications. The lifting moment is 20.6 TM for the smallest model, ensuring high efficiency during load handling. A high pump performance of 70-100 L/min and a working pressure of 365 bar supports work efficiency.

Operating Parameters

The crane's weight, excluding stabilizers, ranges from 1800 kg to 2565 kg, depending on the model. The folded width of the crane is 2500 mm, and its length is 885 mm. The standard crane allows lifting loads of various values, including up to 1500 kg with hydraulic functions or 2500 kg with additional options. The noise and energy consumption levels have also been optimized, achieving 43-61 kW.

Optional Equipment

The HMF 2310K-RCS model can optionally be equipped with an electronic speed adaptation system and additional valves in the hose guides. The ability to remotely control both the crane and stabilizers makes it a versatile product. There are also options for installing hydraulic stabilizer legs and using the EVS stability indicator.

Safety and Technical Data

The HMF 2310K-RCS is equipped with a range of safety systems, such as the RCL-5300 safety system and indicators on stabilizer legs. The height above the mounting surface is 2295 mm, ensuring high stability. A series of certifications and standards guarantee that the device meets stringent requirements for safety and reliability.
