Powertrain and Design

The HMF 1120-K is a versatile hydraulic crane characterized by its high load capacity and reach. The dual Power Plus arm system allows for the transportation of heavy loads over long distances. Its design is optimized for maximum stability, even under significant loads close to the column. Additionally, the crane features remote control, enhancing operational comfort.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This crane is equipped with a hydraulic reach system that offers various lengths from 5.5 m to 14 m depending on the model. The hydraulic drive provides a maximum working pressure of 345 bar, contributing to effective operation. The stabilizer system can be manually operated, allowing for adaptation to different terrain conditions.

Operating Parameters

The model features a lifting moment of 10.2 kNm and a hook height of 2.94 m. The weight of the crane (excluding stabilizers) ranges from 1010 kg to 1385 kg depending on the version. Additionally, the crane supports an oil flow of 70 to 100 l/min, increasing its operational efficiency. Various hook variants are also available.

Optional Equipment

The HMF 1120-K offers a range of additional options, including an oil cooler, hydraulically extendable stabilizer beams, and extra valves. A hydraulic winch with a maximum load capacity of 1500 kg can also be installed. There is also the option of selecting biodegradable oil for greater environmental efficiency.

Safety and Technical Data

The RCL 5300 safety system continuously monitors the current load moment and condition of the crane. Moreover, the EVS system actively ensures stability during operation. The HMF 1120-K is equipped with various safety systems, confirming its high quality and reliability in challenging working conditions.
