Powertrain and Design
The HITACHI ZAXIS225USR is equipped with an Isuzu AA-6BG1T engine that delivers a nominal power of 108 kW / 147 HP. This four-stroke, water-cooled engine features direct injection, turbocharging, and intercooling. It has six cylinders and produces a maximum torque of 550 Nm at 1600 min-1. The engine dimensions include a bore of 105 mm and a stroke of 125 mm, resulting in a displacement of 6.494 l.
Undercarriage and Hydraulics
The machine features an advanced hydraulic system composed of two pump units with a maximum output of 2 x 194 l/min, alongside an additional gear pump supplying 32 l/min. The drive is enhanced by hydraulic drive motors and a precise steering system, ensuring optimal performance and mobility. Operating at maximum pressures of 34.3 MPa, the machine is capable of tackling demanding conditions.
