Powertrain and Design

The Hitachi EX100W is equipped with an Isuzu 6BBI diesel engine delivering a rated power of 81 kW (110 PS) at 2500 rpm. It's a water-cooled, four-cycle, in-line engine featuring direct injection, ensuring optimal performance in challenging conditions with a robust structural design.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This model features a hydraulic control system and the OHS (Optimum Hydraulic System) that allows fully independent operations. It offers three operating modes for digging and two for traveling, providing maximum efficiency through the FPS (Fuel-saving Pump System) technology.

Operating Parameters

The maximum engine power output reaches 84 kW (112 HP) at 2800 rpm. Pressure levels in the hydraulic system can reach up to 325 bar (325 kgf/cm2) for the travel circuit. It has a maximum digging depth of 5030 mm and a maximum loading height of 6310 mm, making it a versatile tool for construction tasks.

Optional Equipment

The Hitachi EX100W can be fitted with buckets ranging from 0.19 m3 to 0.59 m3, along with various attachments such as grading blades. Optional additional supports can also be provided to enhance the machine's stability during intensive operation.

Safety and Technical Data

Safety features include hydraulic overload valves to protect the system against damage. The cabin is constructed with ISO standard glass for enhanced visibility. Its entire structure is made of high-strength materials, ensuring durability and long service life under heavy operational loads.
